$5.00 Friday

We have a very busy day today, Sadie has 4 basketball games to play and was supposed to play in a volleyball game but it was at the same time as one of the basketball games.  We had about an hour between games so i thought I would post something,   This card is the latest in my $5.00 Friday kit series.  I used some retired stamps and since I am not at my office not sure the names of them.  I have had a couple emails about this class asking if I could mail the kits and the answer is YES!  To order just email me and I will send you photos of the 14 kits I have made so far.  Locally the price is $5.00 for 3 simple cards but I will have to add shipping if mailed.  Thanks for stopping by!

FREE with a $50.00 Order

Do you ever buy a stamp set for one image and then never use it? I am afraid I do this way too often,  so....I have decided that if I haven't used a stamp set(the whole stamp set) by the end of the year, it is going to be sold.  This set, Num-Num, had one stamp mounted when I pulled it out this morning.  Now not only are they all mounted but have also been inked!  If you purchase $50.00 from now until the end of SAB, I will send you all the cut papers and accessories to make this set plus you will get to choose a FREE SAB item as well.

I used the Petite Cafe Bag for this one, it is lined so it would be perfect for packaging some baked goodies.

This one is a CASE of one done by Erica Cerwin and is made with the French Fry Box die.

I used the Hamburger die(another neglected purchase) for this one.

I tried to use all the colors n the Sweet Taffy DSP.

Love these Tiny Treat Boxes, they are an inexpensive way to package a little something.

I used the Mini Treat Bag thinlit for this one, mine holds a gift card but you could also add a small treat or card.

This could be used as a gift tag or bookmark.

When ordering, if your order is less than $150.00, please use  this number, 2H9R6JZG as the hostess code.  Thanks for stopping by!

Wetlands

I love how this card turned out.  I have had this set for months but had not used it until I saw several cards on Pinterest that were sponged.  I don't do sponging very often mainly because I think it looks dirty but love how this light sponging turned out.  I heat embossed the images first with a bronze color embossing powder.  Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Spring

I am so ready for Spring, I don't do well in cold weather. I love the Berry Basket die, it is the perfect size for a sweet treat.  I have an event coming up soon so I made a few different ones for Spring and Easter.

I used a sheet of  Rose Red card stock and run it through my paper shredder to make the shred for the bottom of the basket.  Thanks for stopping by!

Thoughts and Prayers

Today I have a blast from the past...the Thoughts and Prayers stamp set is one of those that you just don't get rid of.  I made somewhat of a resolution last month to try to use all my stamp sets that have been gathering dust.  I also needed some sympathy, thinking of you cards so I made a few up to have on hand.  Thanks for stopping by!

Valentine Arrows

These are Dalton's Valentines.  He got a Bow and Arrow for Christmas so he was excited about these arrows for his Valentines for school.  I got the idea here on Pinterest of course.  I changed it up a little by using the 1x8 Cello bags and the Twizzlers are called Twizzler Vines, I couldn't find individually wrapped ones.    I made Ava the M&M treats using the 1x8 bags and the topper from  Hey Valentine but she goes to a different school and has already taken hers to school.  Thanks for stopping by!

Mary Kay and Stampin' Up!

I have a friend who sells Mary Kay and she asked me to make her some boxes to hold her items for her events around Valentines Day.  This one is with the Fry box die.

I cut the top and bottom off a Sweet Treat(retired) bag and folded it in half to make pockets for her lip glosses.

For this one, I just jazzed up her bag that holds a Satin Hands kit.

You can't forget the guys!  I put two of the Mini treat boxes together for this one.  Thanks for stopping by!

Mini Treat Bags

It is hard to believe that Valentine's Day is almost here.  I still have a lot to do yet for the kids treats for school as well as some custom orders to get out.  I made these  treat bags using the  Mini treat Bag Thinlits Dies, I love all the little extra dies  that come with it.

Here is another one made with the You + Me stamp set.  I used up some retired DSP for these.

And finally a little  Sweet Treats bag from last year, I just added a few new elements to it.  I added  some small chocolates and a gift card to the bags  for the kids to give to their teachers.  Thanks for stopping by!

You Are Amazing

If you look at the stamp set Painted Petals in the catalog, it is a bit confusing with the pieces spread out.  But, when you stamp them you will find that the flower images and the stems and leaves match up perfectly. To get my color combination of Wild Wasabi, Rose Red, and Daffodil Delight, I choose colors from the Painted Petals DSP.  Thanks for stopping by!
