All About Sugar

Today I am sharing more retiring products, another item I will miss, the Bigz Fry Box.  I have got a lot of use out of it especially for birthday party favors and at craft show.  But if you know me, you know I will continue to use it.  The stamp set is All About Sugar and I used it for the first time today.  Do you buy something and have all intentions of using it and then never get to it.  I am the worst for this. I used another favorite for Fall projects, the Hello Honey card stock  Don't forget these retiring items are only around until May 31st.

Sprinkles of Life

Today I am using some items that are on the Retiring List.  The Sprinkles of Life stamp set is retiring but the Tree Builder punch isn't.  The Candy Dots used on the flowers and the Early Espresso cotton ribbon are both retiring as well as the Bitty Banners Framelits.  To view the complete Retiring

Graduation

Today I have a graduation card made for a friends son who is graduating from high school soon.  Three of the area schools have purple as one of their school colors so I always stock up on Elegant Eggplant card stock this time of the year.  Thanks for stopping by!

Mint Macaron Wedding and Birthday Party

I made these projects  in March  for a wedding  but didn't want to show them until after the wedding.  I saw this basket here and copied it almost exactly.  This was used for the flower girl basket.

The bride wanted something to put the necklaces for her bridesmaids in so I made a simple box.    This is one for a birthday party I am working on since I didn't make myself an extra one when I made them for the wedding.

And a smaller one for the charm bracelet for the flower girl.  I love how these turned out and the bride was very pleased.  thanks for stopping by!

Update on my son since I have had several emails asking about him....he came through his back surgery very well even though it lasted 8 hours.  I got him home yesterday and although his pain is not easily controlled yet he says he already feels like the surgery worked.  He has a long road ahead to get well from this surgery and will probably have the second one in about 90 days. thanks for your concern and your prayers!

Can't Miss These Deals!

The retiring list is now available and you can see it here.  I was sure glad that the stamp set I used yesterday wasn't on the list since I have a few more ideas for it.  If you have something on your "gotta have it" list, you may want to order it soon since a lot of things sell out quickly.  SU did announce that they will keep making the retiring stamp sets until May 22 but the accessories will only be available until they sell out. Thanks for stopping by!

Gift from the Garden

Do you ever  buy a stamp set thinking you will use it a lot and then realize you have only used it maybe once?  I am the worst for this, I loved this stamp set the minute I saw it in the catalog and it was on my first order after that...but I have only used it twice.  The retirement list comes out today and I am afraid this set is probably on it so I pulled it out and made this card.  I have made a list of the ones I think will retire, hope I am wrong about some of them.  Thanks for stopping by!

I am so anxious to see butterflies and flowers in my backyard, but since it may be a little while I have to settle for paper ones.  Thanks for stopping by!

Baby Boy Zoo Babies

Here is the baby boy version of the card I showed you yesterday.  I am slowly getting caught up after two huge custom orders.  I am waiting on an order of mostly paper to finish up another big project.  Thanks for stopping by!

Zoo Babies

I had a request from a customer to make a baby card using this little elephant from the Zoo Babies stamp set.  She wanted it for a baby girl but I made  a boy version for my stash as well.  Thanks for stopping by!

Wetlands Thinking of You

Good Monday morning!  All of my kiddos are back in school today and that is good since they were getting bored and I was getting tired of entertaining them.  I took Ava and Dalton to a fun trampoline and ice skating place over the weekend and both those little stinkers just put on the skates and took off like they had been doing it every day.  They fell a few times but didn't even come get their boo-boos kissed, plus the added bonus of an early bedtime since they were so tired.   Today's card is one I made for a friend at church.   Her dad passed away suddenly from a heart attack  while he was on a Mission trip to help clean up after the flood damage in Louisiana.  What a testament to the way he lived his life,
