Donut I'd Do

School is almost out for the Summer, so it is time to concentrate on teacher appreciation cards and gifts.  I knew as soon as I saw this pattern in the Cherry on Top paper pad what I wanted to make with it.  I found the free printable here and it fits perfectly in the 2 1/2 inch punch.  Thanks for stopping by!

Just Because

This little bag was made with the new cotton Paper in the upcoming catalog, the colors here are Bermuda Bay, Crushed Curry, and Watermelon Wonder.  I love that you can die cut it as well as punch it even though it is a thin paper.

Red, Red Rose

Look what bloomed out in my flower (weed) garden last night.  I love to work outside this time of year but the daily rain has kept me from it.  This is only second rose I have had to bloom this Spring and the first one was picked by Miss Sadie and Miss Ava.  They pulled all the petals off and spread them on the trampoline and Ava laid in the middle and pretended to be Snow White.  They tried to get Dalton to kiss the princess and wake her up but he wouldn't cooperate.  I didn't scold them but they have been warned not to pick my roses!

Build a Birthday

Today I have an easel card to share.  Sorry for the bad photo, the base is Blackberry Bliss but it didn't photograph very well.  I was so happy that the Butterfly Basics stamp set as well as the Butterfly framelits carried over to the new catalog.  There is also  a new butterfly stamp set that coordinates with the framelits.  Thanks for stopping by!

Cake Slice Box

This is my beautiful Ava, she had her end of the year picnic last night and the kids sang some songs for our entertainment.  Most of the boys didn't sing or do the actions but they looked cute just standing there.

I have just finished a huge custom wedding  order  and it is ready to pack up.

I made 200 cake slice boxes!  I think they turned out really good, I used a die and my Big Shot Pro to cut the boxes.  But guess what....Stampin' Up! has a cake slice box in the new catalog!!!  I know that will be the first thing I order June 2 since I do so many weddings.

Here is a single slice.  She wanted the top to be embossed so  I cut a separate piece and just cut the top and then embossed it.  Her colors are  close to Night of Navy and Pink Pirouette so I added ribbon around the middle to make it look like icing separating layers.  If  you are in need of wedding favors, I am booking Fall and Winter weddings now, but hurry since I tend to get booked fast.

Teacher Appreciation

I have been working on teacher appreciation cards and goodies for a customer.  She had bought from me before and loved the Greeting Card Kids stamp set so I went with that again.  I haven't had any problems with the Blendabilities so I am continuing to use them.
