Thanks a Latte #2

Today I have another coffee card to share. I am still working on craft show projects and am actually making progress.  Last year was such a disappointment because I was going through Radiation treatments and didn't even get to be there.  Thankfully my sisters and daughters set up my booth and took turns working it for me.  They did a wonderful job but I was so disappointed not being there, I have many customers that come every year and I enjoy seeing them and chatting with them.

Farm Country

We live in a farming area of Southern Illinois and I love to drive by a huge field that has just be planted or has corn growing in it.  We moved here from Birmingham Alabama and there wasn't much farming there.

Today's card was made with a retired stamp set that I am using for the first time...gotta quit buying stamps and not using them.

Hey Kid

Is it to soon to wish school was in session...the kids are already bored and it's just mid July.  When they get bored they pick at each other which leads to an argument which leads to me raising my voice which leads to someone talking back which leads to all of them grounded to their rooms...how fun is that?

Sorry this photo is a little out of contrast but was the best of 8 that I took.  I haven't got to stamp much lately with the kids out for Summer Break there is just not enough hours in the day to accomplish everything.  I also took Sadie, Shelby, and Ava on a girls trip recently.  We drove to Minnesota for them to go to a concert....fun for them but wore me out. Puppy Kisses

I made this card to give to my daughter Sadie who has just got a Malti-poo puppy.  I will have to hang on to it until her birthday but I think she will like it.  Hope it doesn't make her want more dogs though.

Always an Adventure

Today's card is made with another retired stamp set that I had never used, I am so bad about that.  I see something made with a set and just have to order it and then it sits on the shelf for a long while before I actually use it.
