Bootiful
Good afternoon! Today's card was made using Birds of a Feather DSP and the stamp set Bootiful. This set is one of the first to catch my eye when the new catalog first came out. The colors are Summer Starfruit and Primrose Petals. I used Baja Breeze to color the boot since the Island Indigo in the DSP made it look too dark for me. Thanks for stopping by!

Baby Prints
Good afternoon! Today I have a very simple baby boy card. There must be a lot of baby boys being born, I can't keep baby boy cards very long before I have to stock back up. The DSP is not SU but some I found in my stash. the footprints are from the stamp set Baby Prints which is perfect for cards but even better for scrapbooking. Gotta run, much to do today!

It's Your Day
Good afternoon! Today's card is a CASE of this card by Heather Klump which I saw on Pinterest and had to make one. My Sadie turns nine in October so a this may be the card I give her. I like that the card isn't "overdone" even though it has all the different die cuts and punches on it. Thanks for stopping by!

Life Shared
Good afternoon! Today's card was made with the stamp set Life Shared. I love images with kids on them or even the ones for kids and I also enjoy coloring so this stamp was a must have for me. The DSP is Storytime and it is very cute, I have a lot of ideas on how to use it. Since I am always in need of kids birthday cards, I covered the sentiment that goes with the stamp with a banner. Thanks for stopping by!
ps...if you plan on coming to my wreath class on Saturday, I have a couple reminders. If you are doing a grapevine wreath or plan on hot gluing, please bring a glue gun. If you have the Score Tool, we could use a couple extras of those as well.

Happy Birthday
Good evening! Today's card is one we made at my Occasions class. I love the Polka dot DSP from the new catalog and these colors just say fun. I had this in mind as a child's birthday card but it work for a teen or maybe even an adult. I used the Pennant Punch for the hats. Thanks for stopping by!

Wish Big
Good afternoon! This week has flown by, I can't believe it is Friday already. I made this card as part of my last Occasions class for this year. Next month we will start working on Christmas cards. This month we did children's cards so I had to pull this cute set out. It is called Turtle & Co and is retired as is the DSP but my stamping ladies are ok with using retired sets. Since it is the last class in the series, everyone who has attended all six classes will also get to make this card box.
Since we are starting a new series of 6 classes with Christmas cards, there will be another free project for all who attend all six classes. I think we may just have to make the ornament pictured on the front of the Holiday Mini. I can't show it here just yet but it is gorgeous! Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Birthday Dalton!
I can't believe my baby is three years old today! He is growing up way too fast for me. He loves to put all the balls on the trampoline and then jump and bounce them everywhere. One day last week it was close to 90 degrees outside and he wanted to go out so I gave him and Sadie each a spray bottle filled with water and they jumped and sprayed each other. They were laughing so hard they could be heard all over the neighborhood. That's what Summer is all about!
ps. I may get back with a stamping project today, not promising though.....

Lean On Me
Good evening! Hope you are having a wonderful weekend...mine has been super busy but fun...we celebrated Dalton's birthday today. I can't believe he is already three years old. He had a ball opening his gifts, his favorite was Lego's and a spyglass from Jake and the Neverland Pirates. My card today is a catalog case using the stamp set Lean on Me. I added a couple butterflies, love the simple design. Thanks for stopping by!

Red, White, and Blue
Good afternoon! I love July 4th and anything patriotic. I don't usually make very many cards with July 4th theme so I decided to make a wreath. I saw this idea on Pinterest using folded felt squares so I gave it a try. The one I saw had some stars added and I will probably add some as well. I also made this one to put me in the mood for my upcoming Wreath Class(contact me for details)
ps...The kits will be available to pick up for the Scrapbook Page in a Bag Contest on Monday instead of next Wednesday as I will be out of my office on Tuesday and Wednesday.

My Old Kentucky Home
Good afternoon! I had to show you a photo of where I have been, this was taken in the mountains of Kentucky where I grew up. I have been a lot of places but this is still the top of the list as far as the most beautiful. I only get back there once a year but I love it there and I am already homesick again.
For my card today, I used several new items, the panel with Happy birthday on it was die cut using one of the four Apothecary Accents Framelits . I also added piercing using a template from the Essentials Paper-Piercing Pack and 2 of the little Dahlias in Gumball Green. The DSP is from the International Bazaar collection. The decorative edge on the green panel was done with the Finishing Touches Edgelit die. Thanks for stopping by!

Sister
Good evening! As if I could get any busier, today has been a whirlwind. Dermatology appointment for Shelby at 7:30 this morning, waited 40 minutes for prescription to be filled, shopped for all the replacement items such as laundry detergents, shampoos, soap, lotion, and even lip balm that she is allergic to, came home and did laundry and packed for our trip tomorrow, started dinner, took Shelby back for an Orthodontist appointment at 4:00, came home and finished dinner, made phone calls to friends to help me with picking up packages that come while we are gone and feed our cat and someone to feed the horses and someone to fill in for me at church on Sunday, took Dalton to visit with his dad for a little while, did more laundry, and finally sat down to do this post. Anyway....I do have a card to show you...I love this color combo, Midnight Muse and Summer Starfruit along with DSP from Comfort Cafe. Thanks for stopping by!

Princess Collage
Good evening! Wow, I didn't realize how busy I would be once the kids were out of school for Summer. I am on the go nonstop with them and haven't even had time to take photos of the few projects I have done. I did an outside craft show this past weekend and so I have a couple photos from that. I made several collages for babies and children and these were very popular. In fact, I will have to make some more boy ones since they are all gone. The top photo would be fun for a little girl who loves princesses, I used some chip board stickers(non SU) for this. The card stock colors are Pretty in Pink and Gumball Green and the background DSP is Elegant Eggplant from a Patterned Pack. There is a lot of glare from the glass but I added a little crown(retired) from SU in the bottom right corner. Thanks for stopping by.
Update on Jamie....he is home! He still has to have O2 but is doing so much better. I am leaving Thursday to go see him. Thanks to all who prayed for him.
