For the Bride

I am not sure where these dies came from but I like them and thought the doily made a pretty image for a bridal card. 

 Also wanted to let you know that the new Stampin' Blends are now available for ordering!  I am excited to get mine.

Happy Birthday Dalton Boy

Today is my Dalton's birthday!  He is 9 years old today and such a blessing in my life, he is the most loving little boy I have ever seen.  He was with me at my shop when I was working on his card but he didn't know it was for him, he suggested I add  the crab.  He is the only boy and with 4 girls around, he is for sure outnumbered but he holds his own most of the time.  Love my Dalton boy!

Poppy Parade

I found a small bit of DSP with Poppy Parade in it that retired when Poppy Parade was available the first time so I put it to use for this card.  I really liked Poppy Parade the first time and am happy it is back.  Thanks for stopping by!

Sea of Textures

This card makes me want to go to the beach.  We vacation at the beach every other year and this is an off year so we want be going...unless I can convince my husband to take go....maybe, probably not.  I used the Sea of Textures stamp set. Thanks for stopping by!

Celebrate

This is one of the cards we made yesterday in class but it is also one that I am making 30 of to give to the Veterans who go on the honor flights to Washington DC to see the memorials.  My dad was a veteran but passed away before these trips began so it is in his honor that I decided to do this.  Thanks for stopping by!

Laundry

I had two helpers last week at my card shop, my darling granddaughters.  Riley is one and Ava is eight and both are just the sweetest.  Riley is always on the go so, big sister is a lot of help with keeping up with her. 

I went to a rubber stamp show last weekend and found this cute stamp set by Taylored Expressions and had to get it.  You wouldn't believe how much laundry there is at my house, it is almost a full time job and the minute I think I have it done, more shows up in the laundry room.

Ribbon of Courage

I love this new Ribbon of Courage stamp set and dies and it comes at the perfect time for me to make a little thank you to give to the Cancer Center where I had my treatments.  The staff there are amazing and try so hard to make a bad situation seem better.  They gave me a gas card to help with the expenses of driving every day for radiation and I want to give them something to show my appreciation.  I am going to make a bunch of these and take them to my next follow up appointment to donate to the nurse navigator along with envelopes and postage.
