Good morning!  I love this new In color, Coastal Cabana.  I like them all this time but this is my favorite.  This is one of the cards we made at a recent class, the flower is made using three of Scallop Circle punches.  the background is embossed with the Modern Mosaic folder available in the new catalog staring June 1.  Thanks for stopping by!

Life

Good morning!  I could not get a good photograph of this card, the colors aren't true here but it is really pretty IRL.  Notice the Washi tape!  It is my new favorite,  so easy to use and you don't even get inky fingers from it.  I am having Open House tomorrow and still have a lot to do to get ready, thanks for stopping by!

Sweet Gabe

Good morning!  Today I have a graduation invitation(actually 45 of them!) to share.  My friend asked if I would make them  and add a photo to the front.  I made a couple samples but wasn't happy with any of them so I tried it in MDS!!!!  I was very pleased with how they turned out and so was Gabe's mom.  I tried glossy paper first but it wasn't good because it took a long time to dry and even smeared a bit so I used matte and it was perfect.

On a personal note....I am a basket case today and will be until midnight tomorrow....my Shelby is on a train heading to Chicago for an eighth grade trip and  this is the first time she has been this far away from me.  I think she is feeling it a little too, she has called twice and texted three times and has only been gone 4 hours! 

Modern Mosaic

Good morning!  I am having a terrible time photographing lately, nothing seems to be working.  I have a light box and it hasn't even helped so it is what it is.  I really wanted you to be able to see this new embossing folder called Modern Mosaic, it is so pretty.  The DSP is from Gingham Garden and the card stock colors are Strawberry Slush, Island Indigo, and Daffodil Delight.  The sentiment is from Label Love and is punched with the coordinating Artisan Label punch.

Hip-Hop

My Sadie got her costume for dance recital today.  She takes Jazz and Hip-Hop but truly loves Ballet so she did a Ballet pose.  She is taking Ballet this Summer and hopefully in the Fall the times it is offered will work with our busy schedule.

Cutest Baby Ever

 

Good morning!  Today I have a cute baby gift idea to share with you.  In the new SU catalog they have a new section called Gift Giving and this Tag and Bag Accessory Kit is one of the items available.  I don't usually go for kits because I tend to not use them but this one caught my eye.  I love it!  It is going to be perfect for giving cookies  or small gits at Christmas or any occasion.  I put a small baby blanket in this one and used the tag that comes with the Accessory Kit.  Another new catalog item on this project is the Artisan Label punch which I stamped with the baby stamp from the coordinating Label Love stamp set.  Thanks for stopping by!

Good afternoon!  Today I have a card using the retired stamp set Silhouette Sentiments. I have been doing a little Spring cleaning and found a lot of stamps that have never been used.  This one was a hostess so I don't feel too bad but I am going to have to work on using what I have before I buy more.  That said, I love the new catalog and I know you will too.  Whenever there are change especially to the color palette, I am a little worried.  But this time I think Stampin' Up! did an excellent job with the Color Refresh and I really like the new In Colors.  I am working on samples so that I can have an Open house soon.  Thanks for stopping by!
