Happy Anniversary
Good afternoon! Today's project was done for a 50th anniversary party for one of my customers. I used the Scalloped Bag die(retired) to cut them out. The numbers were cut with the Timeless Type Sizzlits using Brushed Gold card stock. They are using a Western theme with burlap and bandannas so I decided to see if the 7/8 Trim could be diecut without falling apart. I used the smallest banner to die cut and it worked.
And here they are all lined up ready to packed. Thanks for stopping by!

Burlap Wreath # 2
Good morning! Nothing to do with stamping but I LOVE making these wreaths. This one was a little less messy since it isn't actually burlap, it has a finish on it and doesn't shed all those little bits and doesn't ravel. I was going to have these for sale at my next craft show but have already got orders for 5 so I probably won't have time to make more for the craft show. Thanks for stopping by!

Thankful for You
Good morning! Most of the time I am making cards for a class or for a customer but today's card is a just because I wanted to. I used the Magnificent Maple stamp available in the Holiday catalog and stamped it in Daffodil Delight, Calyspo Coral, and Coastal Cabana and then cut them out by hand. The DSP is from Eastern Elegance and Etcetera and was cut with one of the dies from Chalk Talk. I used Banner Greetings(hostess set) for the sentiment. Thanks for stopping by!

Warmth and Wonder
Good morning! Today's card was made with the Thinlits Circle Card die, these aren't in a current catalog yet but are available to order(see the info below). I love to make cards with unusual folds or cards that have movement but they are a lot of work and they don't always turn out so good...but this die takes all the work out of it. The die cuts and scores so that all you have to do is decorate it. There is also another die available, the Thinlit Label, which works the same way. Look at all the extra little dies you get as well. They are $32.95 each and you can order them by going to my website here and clicking on the shop icon in the upper right corner of the page.

Good Monday morning! Today is first day of school for my girls but more than that it is first day of High School for my Shelby. Fall is in the Air!
Good morning! It feels like fall, the air this morning was very cool which puts me in the mood for fall crafts. I love the colors of autumn. I have seen wreaths made with the scrunchy mesh but decided to try it with burlap. I love how it turned out, although I may need to add a few more leaves or more sunflowers. Thanks for stopping by!

Lovely Romance
Good morning! I think I have almost got the kids ready to go back to school, I spent the entire day yesterday doing just that. For today's card I used the stamp set, Lovely Romance. The DSP is from the Season of Style Christmas stack. I used the Delicate Details Lace Tape as a template and sponged it on with Cherry Cobbler ink. The Ruffle Stretch Trim is perfect for adding to shaped embellishments. Thanks for stopping by!

Painter's Tape Technique
Good morning! Today's card was done using the painter's tape technique. Very easy, just lay your tape sticky side down across the ink pad and then transfer it to the paper. I used Strawberry Slush, Daffodil Delight, and Coastal Cabana ink. The sentiment is from Chalk Talk and cut out with the coordinating framelit dies. I am off to register my Shelby for high school, seems like only yesterday she was going to kindergarten. Thanks for stopping by!

Merry
Good morning! Today I have a Christmas card to share using the Expressions Thinlits dies from the Holiday Mini catalog. It comes with the words love and thankful as well as the word merry. You will need to run a piece of wax paper through along with your card stock the first few times you use them. Since they are so thin the wax paper helps to get a good release from the die. The dies also have holes that you can use to poke through for easy release. Thanks for stopping by!

R and R
good evening! We got home from a wonderful vacation a few hours ago. This was the best vacation we have had in several years, we didn't have anything planned except relaxation and that is all we did. The kids stayed on the beach or in the pool from daylight until dark and never once complained of being bored. The weather was absolutely beautiful, not a single drop of rain. We did have a few clouds on Saturday but no rain.
Dalton loved the beach and went non stop all day every day, no naps for the whole week!
The girls enjoyed walking on the beach and hunting for unusual shells. We stopped over last night in Jasper, Alabama and let them spend the night with their grandparents which is always fun for them. They don't get to see them near enough and this time they got to visit with cousins and aunts and uncles as well.
It is back to work tomorrow!

Hello From Orange Beach
Good afternoon! We made it to the beach yesterday around 5:00. When we lived in Alabama it was a much shorter trip, it took us eleven hours this time. The kids are loving it, they keep me busy going from the beach to the pool and then back to the beach. Thanks for stopping by!
Modern Medley
Good morning! I am so glad SU gave us a whole package of black DSP, Modern Medley, it has some really stylish designs. Today's card is a quick CAS design which works for me since I needed to replenish my birthday card stash. I used Washi tape for two of the banners. thanks for stopping by!

CAS Thank You
Good morning! I needed a quick thank you card so I came up with this. I used the Beautifully Baroque embossing folder with a strip of Eastern Elegance DSP. The Coastal Cabana border was done with an Adorning Accents Edgelit die. The sentiment is from Chalk Talk, I just didn't ink up the heart image. I cut the image with one of the dies from the Hearts a Flutter collection. Thanks for stopping by!
