High Tide
Love this stamp set from the Occasions catalog, not only does t have pretty images but has a lot of sentiments included as well. I plan to get double use out of it by using some of the images in scrapbooking especially the lighthouse. We love to vacation at the beach and our favorite beach is Ponce Inlet which is just south of Daytona. One of our favorite things there is the light house, we have been going there since the big kiddos were very little and they never get tired of going up to the lookout part of the lighthouse.
Here is a photo of the lighthouse we snapped in 2015, the last time we were there. We are headed back in June again this year because our high school band has been invited to lead the Disney World parade. We are staying in Disney World for four days and then heading to Ponce Inlet which is only an hour away for a week! I don't know who is more excited, me or the kiddos.

Special Reason
I really didn't think I need another flower stamp set and dies and decided I wouldn't order the Special Reason bundle, but then I saw so many pretty cards done with it, so I got it. And as usual, I was to busy to even open it up until yesterday. Now...it is my favorite and can't wait to make the rest of the things running around in my head using this set. YOU need it too, so order it!

Pinterest Class for February
Today is our monthly Pinterest class, that is where the attendees send me pins that they want to make and I make a sample and have the materials ready for them when they come to class. I have them send me four samples and I make three of them. Sometimes I change them a little based on what materials I have. I love the challenge and the attendees are getting some of those pins put to use.
Here is the actual pin, it was pinned from Stampin' Connection but I couldn't find it there to see who actually made it. Thanks for stopping by!

Tea Time
I shared in my last post that I was working on a Meet and Greet Tea for a new baby, and I finished it up yesterday. I made fifty of these bookmarks.
This photographed light but I was in a rush to get them packed up before they were picked up so I didn't take the time to photograph again. I used Blushing Bride on the Pink Pirouette card stock and IRL it looks dark enough.
And another 25 of these were for the little boys. I also did fifty bottles of bubbles which I wrapped in various patterns of Pink DSP and added a tea pot to them as well.. I didn't get these photographed since my customer showed up to get them just as I was packing them up. I like doing bulk but not if they want it quick, I usually won't take the job if they don't book it far enough in advance to allow me to have to rush. Thanks for stopping by!

Tea for Fifty
I met a very interesting lady this week, she came in to order some favors for a Meet and Greet Tea for her new grand baby. She is a librarian so she is going with a children's book theme and wanted bookmarks as the favors. This one is for the adults, she is decorating with some beautiful teapots and cups and saucers so I used the retired Cups and Kettle Framelits for the teapot. I made 50 of these but this is just one of the four designs that I am making, I will show you the rest of them tomorrow, thanks for stopping by!

Tasty Trucks
I had to have this stamp the minute I saw it, I got it to make a scrapbook page about a childhood memory...of course I have to share that as well. I grew up in the country and we hardly ever made into town but on the few occasions we did we usually got an ice cream cone if we had been good. Then one summer, an ice cream truck started coming to us, they only came through once a week and that was the highlight of our week. We would sit for hours by the road waiting to hear that ding a ling chime that he played. One very hot day we were waiting and since I was the oldest, I always got to be in charge of holding on to the quarters to pay for it but my sister begged my dad to let her hold it just once. We finally heard the truck coming and we ran up to the road and put our order in and Mr. Ice Cream Man told us how much it was and my sister couldn't find the money. She looked all around where we had been waiting and it just wasn't to be found. We both cried when Mr. Ice Cream Man pulled out and we had no ice cream. I fussed at her all the way home and ran ahead to tell on her for losing the money. Of course my dad questioned her about where she had it and she told him she had it in her hand and then she opened her hand to show him and guess what was there...the two quarters! She was so afraid of losing it that she had kept her hand clenched so tight that she forgot about it. I never let her carry the quarters again! My sister's birthday is in April and I plan on sending her this card, I am sure she will think of this story the minute she sees it. Love you sis!

Window box Valentine
Today I have another Window Box project, this one a Valentine in nontraditional Valentine colors. It could also be used to hold a small gift for a wedding. I stamped the box all over with the flower image from the stamp set So In Love from the Occasions catalog using Wisteria Wonder ink onto Wisteria Wonder card stock. I think the wood accents and the lace doily give it a vintage appearance. Thanks for stopping by!

Building Tools
It took me a while to get in the mood to use the Nailed It set, not sure why, but once I got started I was on a roll. I am going to offer a class around this set soon so I have a few more projects in mind, just have to find the time to actually make them. Thanks for stopping by!

Easter Basket
I have seen the Window Box die used as a basket on Pinterest and decided to give it a try. It is really easy, just cut the die cut in half and decorate. I used some retired Pink Pirouette ribbon for the large bow and filled it with small Easter eggs.
I will be making more of these because they are so easy and don't hold much if you need to make several as little gifts.

Go Patriots!
We have a Super Bowl party at our church every year and it's a lot of fun. We watch the game on the big screen and everybody brings snacks to share. I am taking our favorite snack which is a Trail Mix of sweet and savory items. I thought I would make about twenty of these popcorn boxes to share as well. We have been big Patriot fans since my husband was a high school football coach when we first got married and had two players from his team go to play for the Patriots. Thanks for stopping by!

Paper Pumpkin Valentine
I just love this little treat bag that is the Paper Pumpkin kit for January. If you haven't tried Paper Pumpkin, you are really missing out. If you sign up for a 3 month prepaid subscription during SAB and designate me as your demonstrator, you will qualify for a SAB item from Stampin' Up! plus a gift from me.
