To Infinity and Beyond.....

I can't believe it has been a week since I have posted anything here...Summer is in full swing at my house.  The kiddos have kept me busy plus I have been getting Dalton's birthday party planned.  My sister came to visit over the weekend and we had 19 for a cookout, it was wonderful getting to spend time with them.

Dalton loves Toy Story, I  did his room in this theme last Fall and finally got around to making a Buzz picture for him.

I actually made two pictures and one unframed for him to carry around.  Now he wants me to make Woody and Bullseye.  I found directions for Buzz here .

Num-Num

I love the little Fry Box die, it is so easy to assemble and the cute factor is huge!  I already have a bunch of ideas floating around in my head to make.  I put yellow Twizzlers in a little bag to resemble French Fries and made a tag with the stamp set Num-Num.

HAPPY Birthday

I really like the Project Life kits, they aren't just for scrap booking.  I cut one of the cards down and added Happy Birthday here as well as used some of the stickers for the top banner.  The Bermuda Bay banner was a rectangle sticker which I cut into a banner.  Thanks for stopping by!

Mr. & Mrs.

I had a friend to drop by yesterday for help with her daughter's wedding.  She wanted ideas for favors for the bridal shower as well.  I didn't have much on hand so I made a few samples for her.  Her colors are Night of Navy and Basic Gray and she wants to do seed packets.  I knew I had some retired dies that would work so I came up with this trio.  I apologize for the poor quality of my photos today, we are having a very overcast day.

This one was made with the Petite Pocket Bigz die.

For this one I used the Bag w/Scallops die.

The dress part of this was cut with the Box Dress die which is for the Big Shot Pro.  This one die has more than paid for my Big Shot Pro, I have used it for numerous weddings.  I attached the dress to a Fancy Favor box. Thanks for stopping by!

Cupcake Box

Nurse Birthday

This is another special request birthday card, I have had  a lot of them lately.  The best part is that I can use up some retired papers I have been hanging onto.  I am keeping this short, three of my four kiddos are in the pool and they seem to be arguing, it is going to be a lonnnng summer!

Smart Cookie

School is winding down for my kiddos, Shelby finished yesterday and Sadie has one more day after today.  Dalton wasn't happy to hear that his school physical(I can't believe my baby boy is going to school) has been scheduled nor that he has to have immunizations.  He had a hearing screening last week and failed it  so he had to have a more intense one yesterday and passed it without any problems.  Sadie loves to take little gifts to her teaches so she helped me make a few.  We found these wafers that just so happened to be in SU colors so we bagged them made a tag to match.

We used the tag from Chalk Talk framelits to cut it out and the sentiment was created in MDS so that we could get the perfect match to our twine in Coastal Cabana.

Happy Birthday Sailor

I am really enjoying the Maritime DSP from the new catalog which will be available for you to order from in just a few days.  For this card I used another Photopolymer stamp set called Setting Sail.  I wasn't sure if  I could use markers to ink the photopolymer but tried it and although it didn't come out very crisp, I liked the weathered look I ended up with.  The little banner is two separate stamps, it was a snap to line them up.
