Locks of Love

Good afternoon!  I don't come to my my craft room until afternoon on Tuesdays and Thursdays so I spent the morning getting us packed up for a trip this weekend.  I also had hair appointments for me and the girls and I have to tell you how proud I am of my Sadie.  Sadie has beautiful long hair and most of her life it has been long so we were just going for a trim.  Our hairdresser was telling us about the Locks of Love event that they held yesterday.  When she got in the chair and the hairdresser asked her how much to cut she said, "Cut it all off, I want to donate it to somebody".  I couldn't believe it and immediately teared up and told her to make sure that was what she wanted to do.  She had her mind made up and donated 8 inches of hair!  I am so proud of her.  I took photos with my phone but don't know how to download them to the computer.

Anyway, I had better finish this post so I can go blow my nose again!  Today's card is another one from the set I made using the stamps Touch  of Kindness.  Again, the same layout and colors.  I love birds and this is my favorite image from the set.  Thanks for stopping by!
