Snow Man Treats

Good evening!  Today I have two cute little snow man treat bags.  I found some white bags in my stash and decided to make them into something.  I used the Top Note die and various punches plus some of the Stitched Felt pieces from the Holiday Mini.  Cute and easy!

Sandy-So cute! Can you tell me if you just glued the topnote right to the sack & did it have a back to it? I may try these for our church cardmaker group.
