Good evening! Today's card is one we made at my Occasions class. I love the Polka dot DSP from the new catalog and these colors just say fun. I had this in mind as a child's birthday card but it work for a teen or maybe even an adult. I used the Pennant Punch for the hats. Thanks for stopping by!
